ECOMMERCE RETURN POLICY

 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will need to make a written claim. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

 All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original markings attached or in place.

RETURN PROCESS

 To return an item, please email customer service at https://dustyfilters.com/pages/contact-us to start a claim and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once a claim has been filed you will be sent a claim form. Please fill the claim form out to the best of your ability. Include pictures and any relevant documents to support your claim. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and ship your return to the address that will be on the RMA Form sent to you. Clearly write the RMA number on all boxes and include a copy of the RMA form sent to you in the shipment so that it is easily identifiable. Parts cannot be returned without a valid RMA form and therefore will be refused.

 Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package if applicable. Return shipping charges are the

Cancellations and Returns - Purchaser may not cancel this Order

except upon the written consent of Seller and upon terms that will fully indemnify

Seller against loss. Products shall not be returned to Seller without its prior

written authorization, and a Processing Equipment Inc issued RGA number. RGA numbers are valid for 60 days, all returns are for credit only; no cash refunds

All returns are for credit only; no cash refund.

EXCEPTIONS CLAIMS

All claims for nonconforming or defective products must

be made in writing within 10 days after delivery to Purchaser, and any claims

not made within that period shall be deemed waived and released. Seller’s

sole responsibility with respect to such claims shall be, at its option, to credit

or replace any product or component, which Seller determines to be defective.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SOLELY ANY

SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DUE TO

ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED

OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NO SUIT OR ACTION

SHALL BE BROUGHT AGAINST SELLER FOR MORE THAN ONE

YEAR AFTER THE RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION HAS OCCURRED.

THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES SELLER’S SOLE LIABILITY AND

PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS

SOLD BY SELLER. EXCEPT AS THUS PROVIDED, SELLER DISCLAIMS

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
